Michigan Towers, Inc. takes a proactive stance on all issues regarding safety. Our standards and policies meet or exceed industry standards. All team members have gone through “Citca” courses and are certified in OSHA 10 Hour training courses. In addition to tower safety, we stress personal safety, safe work practices, and use of personal protective equipment. Company policy requires a hard hat and steel-toed foot gear as minimal and mandatory equipment on any tower site. Our policy on fall protection is strict and nonnegotiable: “Any employee 6’ or higher above the ground shall be 100% tied off, at all times, with fall arrest protection.”
